Ingredients

- 1egg white
Instructions
Combine tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker. Dry shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Dash Angostura bitters on the foam.
