Whiskey

The world's most complex spirit category. From the smoky peat of Islay Scotch to the sweet vanilla of Kentucky Bourbon, whiskey rewards exploration. It's the foundation of the Old Fashioned, the Manhattan, and the Paper Plane.

Styles & Brands

Bourbon

American whiskey made from at least 51% corn, aged in new charred oak. Sweet, vanilla-forward, and approachable — the cocktail bartender's best friend.

  • Buffalo Trace

Caramel, vanilla, and a hint of spice. Balanced and versatile — excellent in an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Whiskey Sour.

  • Maker's Mark

Soft and wheated — less rye spice, more caramel sweetness. Great for approachable cocktails like a Bourbon Smash.

Rye Whiskey

Spicier and drier than bourbon — rye grain gives it a peppery backbone that cuts through sweet vermouth and bitters beautifully.

  • Rittenhouse Rye

Bold, spicy, and dry with a long finish. The classic choice for a Manhattan or a Paper Plane.

  • Sazerac Rye

Herbal and slightly fruity with a dry, peppery finish. The definitive Sazerac rye.

Scotch Whisky

Aged a minimum of 3 years in Scotland. Ranges from light and floral (Lowlands) to intensely peaty and smoky (Islay).

  • Monkey Shoulder

Smooth, malty, and approachable with vanilla and spiced orange. A great blended Scotch for cocktails — excellent in a Rob Roy.

  • Laphroaig 10

Intensely peaty and smoky with a medicinal, coastal character. Sip it neat or use sparingly in a Penicillin.
