Syrup Recipes
House-made syrups are the difference between a good cocktail and a great one.
Simple Syrup
The most essential syrup in the bar. Equal parts sugar and water — clean, neutral sweetness that dissolves instantly in cold drinks.
Rich Demerara Syrup
2:1 demerara sugar to water. Richer, more viscous, and more complex than simple syrup — the molasses notes in demerara complement whiskey and rum beautifully.
Honey Syrup
Honey diluted with water for easy mixing. Honey is too thick to incorporate directly into cold cocktails — this syrup solves that problem while preserving honey's floral complexity.
Grenadine
Real grenadine is made from pomegranate juice — not the neon-red corn syrup you find in most bars. Homemade grenadine is tart, complex, and deeply colored. It transforms a Tequila Sunrise or a Jack Rose from a novelty into something genuinely delicious.
