Ingredients
- 1 ozcrème de menthe (green)30 ml
- 1 ozcrème de cacao (white)30 ml
- 1 ozheavy cream30 ml
Instructions
Combine crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and heavy cream in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

Shake hard — the cream needs vigorous shaking to emulsify properly and create a smooth, velvety texture. Use heavy cream, not milk.
Balance
This is a dessert cocktail — lean into it. The mint and chocolate should be in equal balance. If it's too sweet, a tiny pinch of salt helps.
