Ingredients
- 2 ozvanilla vodka60 ml
- 1 ozpassion fruit purée30 ml
- ½ ozpassion fruit liqueur15 ml
- ½ ozfresh lime juice15 ml
- ½ ozvanilla syrup15 ml
Instructions
Combine vanilla vodka, passion fruit purée, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, and vanilla syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Float half a passion fruit on top. Serve with a shot of chilled prosecco on the side.
