Ingredients
- 1½ ozaperol45 ml

Instructions
Combine Aperol, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker. Dry shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
