Mango Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 ozwhite rum
  • 1 ozmango purée
  • ¾ ozfresh lime juice
  • ½ ozsimple syrup
  • 8 leavesfresh mint
  • 2 ozclub soda

Instructions

Gently muddle mint in a glass. Add rum, mango purée, lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill with crushed ice and stir. Top with club soda. Garnish with a mango slice and mint sprig.

Use ripe mango purée — it blends more easily than fresh chunks. Muddle the mint gently to release oils without shredding the leaves.

Balance

Mango is sweet, so you may not need the full amount of simple syrup. The lime and mint provide the freshness that keeps this from being too heavy.
