Ingredients
- 1 ozgin30 ml
- ½ ozfresh lemon juice15 ml
- ½ ozsimple syrup15 ml
- 3 ozchampagne90 ml
Instructions
Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Top with chilled champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
