Ingredients
- 2 ozdark rum60 ml
- 1 ozfresh lime juice30 ml
- ¾ ozdemerara syrup22 ml
- 2 dashesangostura bitters
Instructions
Combine dark rum, lime juice, demerara syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and a dash of bitters on top.
