Italian Maraschino
The traditional style from the Veneto region. Dry, nutty, and subtly cherry-forward with a distinctive almond character from the crushed pits.
- Luxardo Maraschino
The definitive expression. Dry, nutty, and complex with a delicate cherry blossom and almond character. Use it sparingly — a little goes a long way in an Aviation or Last Word.
- Maraska Maraschino
Slightly sweeter and more overtly cherry-forward than Luxardo. A good budget alternative that still delivers in cocktails.
