Artisanal Mezcal
Made in small batches using traditional methods — roasting agave in underground pits, crushing with a stone tahona, and fermenting in open wooden vats. The result is complex, smoky, and deeply expressive of its terroir.
- Del Maguey Vida
Smoky, fruity, and earthy with a long, complex finish. The benchmark artisanal mezcal — use it in a Mezcal Negroni or an Oaxacan Old Fashioned.
- Banhez
Made from a blend of espadín and barril agave — fruity and floral with a lighter smoke. More approachable than single-village mezcals.
- Putaendo
A Chilean pisco-mezcal hybrid with a distinctive earthy, herbal character. Unusual and complex — excellent in stirred cocktails.
