St-Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)

The bartender's ketchup — so called because it makes almost anything taste better. St-Germain is made from freshly harvested elderflowers in the French Alps, hand-picked during a brief window each spring. Floral, honeyed, and subtly tropical, it bridges spirits and wines beautifully.

Elderflower Liqueur

A category largely defined by a single product. St-Germain's success has inspired other elderflower liqueurs, but the original remains the benchmark for its delicate, complex floral character.

  • St-Germain

Honeysuckle, pear, grapefruit, and lychee — complex and floral without being perfumey. Transforms a simple G&T, elevates a French 75, and makes a Hugo Spritz sing.

  • Giffard Fleur de Sureau

More overtly floral and slightly sweeter than St-Germain. A solid alternative at a lower price point.
