Instructions
Pour chilled champagne into a flute. Gently add fresh orange juice. Do not stir — let the bubbles do the mixing. Garnish with an orange twist.
Sips & Tips
Technique
Pour the champagne first, then the OJ — this preserves more bubbles. Use fresh-squeezed orange juice; the pulp is fine. Chill everything beforehand.
Balance
Equal parts is classic, but adjust to taste. More champagne = drier and more elegant. More OJ = sweeter and more approachable. A dry Cava or Crémant works as well as Champagne.
