Instructions
Combine gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 2-3 olives on a pick.

Use quality olive brine — the cheap stuff from a jar of basic olives won't cut it. Castelvetrano or blue cheese-stuffed olives elevate the whole drink.
Balance
The olive brine adds salinity and umami that makes the gin's botanicals pop. Start with ½ oz and adjust — too much brine overwhelms everything else.
