- ¾ pintguinness stout350 ml
- ½ ozirish whiskey15 ml
- ½ ozbaileys irish cream15 ml
Instructions
Pour Guinness into a pint glass (about ¾ full). In a shot glass, layer Irish whiskey and Baileys. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and drink immediately before it curdles.

Technique
Drink immediately after dropping the shot — the Baileys will curdle in the Guinness if you wait. This is a race against chemistry.
