Sips & Tips
Technique
The St-Germain adds honeyed floral sweetness that transforms a standard G&T into something special. Use a lighter, floral gin (Hendrick's, The Botanist) for the best pairing.
Balance
The elderflower is sweet, so use a drier tonic to compensate. The cucumber garnish adds a cool, vegetal note that ties the gin and elderflower together.
