Ingredients
- 1 ozvodka30 ml
- 1 ozkahlúa30 ml
- 1 ozbaileys irish cream30 ml
- 1 ozheavy cream30 ml
Instructions
Combine vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys, and cream in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass for presentation.

Technique
Shake hard to emulsify the cream. The chocolate drizzle is optional but makes it feel special. Serve very cold.
Balance
This is a dessert in a glass — lean into it. All three liqueurs are sweet, so the cream and ice provide the only balance. Don't add extra sugar.
