Ingredients
- 2 ozbourbon60 ml

Instructions
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.

Technique
Same technique as a Tom Collins but with bourbon's warmth instead of gin's botanicals. Shake the base, then top with soda — never shake carbonation.
