Ingredients

Instructions
Muddle jalapeño slices in a shaker. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup with ice. Shake well and strain into a salt-rimmed highball glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and jalapeño slice.
