Sips & Tips
Technique
Topo Chico is traditional — its aggressive carbonation stands up to the tequila. Muddle the jalapeño lightly for mild heat, firmly for more. Seeds = serious spice.
Balance
This is essentially a spicy Ranch Water — one of the simplest and most refreshing tequila drinks. The jalapeño adds interest without adding calories or sugar.
